These Terms govern use of Tasseography.org and its tools for publishing and managing authorized content on Instagram and Threads.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you submit, the accuracy of account permissions, and compliance with applicable laws and Meta’s terms and platform policies.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content; interfere with the service; evade platform limits; collect data without permission; or compromise another person’s account.

Third-party platforms

Instagram and Threads are operated by Meta and are subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. Platform availability, permissions, review requirements, and API behavior are controlled by Meta and may change. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or account actions.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or platform compatibility.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of content, reach, revenue, or account access arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the integration at any time and revoke its permissions in your Meta account settings. We may restrict access when these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party platforms.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are covered by our Data Deletion Instructions.
