Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Tasseography.org from your Meta account and request deletion of information associated with the integration.

Disconnect through Meta

1. Open the settings for your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account.
2. Find the section for connected apps, websites, or business integrations.
3. Select Tasseography and remove or revoke its access.

Revoking access prevents new API actions but may not automatically delete operational records already held by us.

Request deletion from us

Email info@tasseography.org with the subject “Tasseography data deletion request”. Include the Instagram or Threads username connected to the service and enough information for us to verify that you control the account. Do not send your password or access token.

We will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership where necessary, and delete or anonymize data that we are not legally required to retain. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain if additional time is required.

What is deleted

Deletion covers stored access tokens, connected-account identifiers, content retained by our integration, and associated operational records, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
